I am having trouble with my Bose V-20. I am trying to listen to the FM radio but the wire that came with the system does not appear to work or I am not getting the FM radio....what can I do to get access to the FM radio? Also, I was reading online and apparently there is an Update CD avaiable for my Bose system...where can I get this CD?

    Change the wire first if it is not working and than check it again, it will works but if you feel that you didn't get the results than visit their service center near you they will guide you better what to do and how to resolve this issue.
