homelite chainsaw 23AV Powerstroke

the crankcase fills with gas when Itry to start it. My son fooled around with it so I don't know what is going on . I cleaned the carb real good but fixed nothing.

    The crankcase fills with gas when I try to start it. My son screwed around with it so I don't know whats what. I cleaned the carb and air filter but no change.
