how can I add Ads on my video and share it on my blog?

i want to add my Ads on my video and upload to my blog,but when i do it on YOUTUBE it banned the Ads. what can i do?

    Youtube Don't allow you to advertise anything, you have to pay for advertising. What you can do is Add the advertisement into your video buy using any video editor, (windows movie maker or any other) they won't delete your video then.
