how do I install my new glo on my computer

when i put in the first disc & hit install glo it goes threw all the checks in the top left coner. then says glo has verified competer requirements ok...  click continue to chose install path... please be patient while the gloinstaller proceeds to the next step.... and then nothing ever happens then hit contuine and a box comes up to say glo was not able to locate and run the glo updater program then nothing else happens could someone please call me or send me a # to call it is vary hard for me to type this took about 4 hours i can talk fine just cant type or spell sorry

    Browse the DVD and go to the folder GloAppInstaller inside you are going to find a file named GloAppInstaller.exe, double click on it, then the isntallation should start.
