how do i cancel allmobileallerts.com?

I went to the site because ive been getting charged $9.99 a month on my verison mobile cell. I didnt sign up for the subscription so im trying to cancel it. When I went on the site I tried to log in with my number but it doesnt direct me to a new page it just refreshes the site page.

    Go to www.allmobilealerts.com/cancel    Follow the directions and you should be unsuscribed with no problems.    I had the same problem.   Called my carrier (T-Mobile) and they also gave me a phone number:  1-888-703-6285.   Hope this helps.
