how do i clean gaggenau deep fryer

   Empty out the oil or fat.Fill the fryer to the same level with water+washing-up liquid,heat to about 140 degrees,simmer for 10-15 minutes.Wrap a pan scouring pad round a wooden spoon,swich off the fryer.and scour the inside with the wooden spoon/scourer it should clean it as good as new!Dry it carefully with paper towels.and refill it with oil.Dont forget to turn off the draining c**k underneath,when carrying out these operations.
