    Visit the hotel's website, or just pop in there and ask if there are any vacancies and most probably they will say drop your cv so you should have your cv with you and with it you can make a start. Follow it up if they say that they have something to find out if they have found something for you. But mostly it is through direct approach, always ask to see some one who is a supervisor or team leader.
