    If you would like to develop the ability to successfully talk to girls, my advice would be to develop enough confidence in talking to all kinds of people so as to allow your talking with girls to be easy. 

   
   

   Approach any girl you would like to talk to with confidence and a smile. Always have a solid range of questions to ask as the more they are talking about themselves the better. Believe in yourself and your ability to successfully talk to them. Practice hard and never give up. Work on your confidence, questions and other conversation elements that will serve you well.
