my coach is kinda strict and snotty.im one of the shyest girls but i shout realy loud and shes my teacher. i also jump the best but last year she made me sit out alone because there wasnt enough ppl for me to be in a group :( thanks

Wow, cheerleading can be ridiculous, regardless of what people say. My pointers would be to..
...practice in front of a mirror, that way you can make sure your arms are straight, smiles big, moves are right on que.
...make a lot of face, espescially when your dancing to a song, use your movements and the beat to determine what face to throw. Like, just completely get into it.

and remember...don't sing your cheers. thats the number one thing girls tend to do wrong. very monotone, just enthusiasm.
