    what exactly is 'lic'
    unless you claimed, theres no refunds.
    different insurances have different policies.

    for example car insurance- unless you crash,
    or the car gets stolen, then your insurer will
    take action otherwise if you dont make any claims
    for the year- that healthy sum of moneys are theres
    for the year && you will need to renew paying them
    for the next year.
