loud noise from Achiever CCS 5000 shredder

our shredder makes a loud kind of squeaky noise sometimes which sounds like parts are rubbing together or something is stuck in side. Sometimes it goes away when you hit or jostle it, but the noise will then come back later. is there some oil to apply or other maintenance to be done that would help this?

    There is a couple of plastic gears inside and the teeth are breaking off.  It will stop working soon.  You may have to take them off and get them custom made since I don't know where they sell them.  You can try the manufacturer in China at:
