lump on the breast bone

i found a lump 6 mnths ago on the end of my breast bone, it has grown and i found a few more in my right breast. i dont know where to start even on looking to get help.or if it is even necassary, i thought it would go away, but it has grown

    This could be breast cancer. Tumorous lumps on your breast tin to grow and spread infecting more healthy cells. You should go see a doctor immediately.
