manual for frigidaire eletrolux

my air conditioner blows warm air and shows a #2 on the read out.  this happened this morning also.  we had to shut the breaker off cause we could not do this manually.  we it came  back on, it was cold. now it is happening again.

    the dryer plug cord was remove now I am not sure were each color wire goes, the wire itself has 4 wire[red black green white.
