Do I have wireless internet capabilities in my pc?

I have never had the internet on this computer, but I am working towards that now... Do I need to purchase something to help me connect to my wireless internet?

    laptops have wireless built in, on the tower, you have options , the easiest is the USB plug in, and I did install AirLink wireless card, with an antenae, ended up using a beer can, cut the bottom off and placed it over the antenae to boost the signal, which works for me, but when I used the USB wireless it proved to be less expensive and a steady signal without the beer can hanging off the computer,(doesn't look very pretty either), so I recommend a Wireless USB.  The USB also gave me a stronger signal,
