overdue

my belly is the size of a jumbo globe, and i've been feeling sharp pains in my sides. I'm 1 1/2 week(s)  overdue with twins, but the doctor says i'm not ready yet. Please help! i dont know what to do!

    If you haven't gone into labor yet, then you're not ready. The due date is basically the doctors best guess, but nearly everyone is late or early. Just relax. They'll come when they're ready. Congratulations!

    If you don’t deliver your baby during 40 weeks pregnancy, then it will happen in 41 or 42 weeks. You won’t be considered as post due until you reach 42 weeks. So, don’t be afraid that much. Your doctor will recommend induction if he/she feels that the pregnancy has continued long enough.
