I have a weird rash looking thing on the right underside of my shaft. It is puffed up kinda crusty and appears wet

    Hi,
    Rashes on the p***s are usually irritations or eczema.  The spray probably hurts because of the aerosol, nit the antifungal component.  Why not try over-the-counter 1% hydrocortisone twice a day for a week and make an appointment to see a skin doctor in case the rash doesn't go away
