potatoe gravy? beef gravy or chicken gravy?

i love the poutine........it is sooo amazingly good........i was just wondering what is the best form of gravy to use to make it the best tasting poutine ever. what do you think ,mushroom, beef, chicken, or tomatoe gravy?

    if you really love poutine the best gravy would hav to be beef. but if your jewish or moslem and you want kosher gravy then mushroom and potatoe make great replacements.......perfect substitutes.
