sony cybershot 7.2 pixels, access problem

when i turn on the power the word ACCESS appears and the yellow light is blinking and the lens moves in and out and it prompts me to turn off power and turn it on

    Hi,
    Its ccd imager chip problem in your camera that produce such noisy image in camera mode ans same is being stored in memory when you take picture.
    Let me know exact model number written at bottom of camera to provide you ccd imager chip part number info
