    Hi,
    In case that the ice maker fill tube is blocked with ice (as per your thought), melt the blockage using a hair dryer, but be careful to not melt any plastic parts!!! Also check the water shut-off valve and the water-inlet valve for working properly.
    Does this problem appears immediately after the water leaking repair ? If so, its look like the water leaking problem was "solved" by blocking the fill tube to the tray !!!
