trouble shoot dvdrw 16x16

my computer is not reading my dvdrw 16x16 drive.  when i open control panel and under system icon and hardware i can see there is a yellow "!".  how do i get dvdrw 16x16 drive to work again?

    Well, you should change your jumper settings. If it is on primary master then replace it and place it on secondary master. That step will make possible to your computer to detect your DVD RW.
