    Hi,
    The fuel heater is in the bottom of the fuel filter bowl. After awhile the element comes loose and bounces around the bottom of the bowl. If it contacts the side of the bowl while it is on it blows the fuse. The element is replaceable. Remove the filter and drain the bowl, the element will be visible.
