Only a few of the buttons on the touch panel work, while others will not.  Also the times on the display are messed up.  Does this sound like the touch panel, or maybe the control module it plugs into?

its more than likely the touch board, especially if it is a capacitive touch type board,as these membranes short out and are non repairable, but first make sure all cables/wires especially the ribbon cables leading to and from these boards are removed and the connections checked for any type of corrosion as any corrosion will prohibit small signal voltages from being sent6 to the appropriate connection on a board or component, check these first before ordering a new one as it may be all that is wrong with it. not sure what the cost will be but will be worth fixing, unless you are a competent diy'er id leave it to a trained dishwasher repairman, cost typically are a call out fee + hourly rate plus parts, he will easily be able to get the part you need too
