   are the smallest blood vessels. these are found in almost every cell in your body. Capillaries permit the exchange of nutrients and wastes between the blood and tissue cells. convey blood betwwen arteries and veins within each organ. It also help control the amount of heat loss from the body. The Capillaries connect the smallest arteries called Arterioles and the smallest veins called Venular. Exchange of oxygenated and deoxygenated blood happens in these blood vessels.
