    here is the answere of your question.as the structure is a carbon double bonded to a oxygen and single bonded to two oxygens, one of which has the hydrogen attached.

    the structure is hard to draw with simple text, but would look more or less like

                   O
                   l
                   [O=C-O-H]-

    and of course each oxygen has the necessary electrons around it
