    You are required to call personally with the following documents for the regularization of your stay:

    1     Visit Pass

    a) Police report (original & photocopy)
    b) Declaration form
    c) 2 passport size photographs
    d) Identification paper – e.g. photocopy of the passport/identity card/letter from the Embassy, etc
    e) Disembarkation/Embarkation form for visitors (Form IMM27E)
    f) Accompanying person’s identity card (original & photocopy)

    2     Work Pass

    (I) Employment pass/Work Permit

    a) Police report (original & photocopy)
    b) 2 passport size photographs
    c) Identification paper – e.g. photocopy of the passport/identity card/letter from the Embassy/employment pass/work permit, etc
    d) Company’s letter to certify employment in Singapore (original)
    e) Disembarkation/Embarkation form for visitors (Form IMM27E)
    f) Accompanying person’s identity card (original & photocopy)

    (II) Work Permit (Domestic Workers)

    a) Police report (original & photocopy)
    b) 2 passport size photographs
    c) Identification paper – e.g. photocopy of the passport/identity card/ letter from the Embassy, copy of the work permit/In-Principle Approval letter from MOM, etc
    d) Employer to be present with identity card (original & photocopy) -authorization letter is required if employer is unable to accompany the domestic worker
    e) Disembarkation/Embarkation form for visitors ( Form IMM27E)

    3     Dependant’s Pass/Students’ Pass

    a) Police report (original & photocopy)
    b) 2 passport size photographs
    c) Identification paper – e.g. photocopy of the passport/identity card/letter from the Embassy/student pass/identity card, etc
    d) Letter from the school (original)
    e) Disembarkation/Embarkation form for visitors (Form IMM27E)
    f) Accompanying person’s identity card (original & photocopy)
    Once ICA has ascertained your legal entry into Singapore, you will be granted a visit pass on your temporary/replacement travel document to facilitate your departure.
