why does windows not start successfully

I used my recovery disc to and it loads windows and flashes out to the toshiba symbol every few minutes, and I get the windows didnot start successfully a hardware or software change may have caused this

    If window is not start successfully and creating problem than you must go to the computer shop because they will help to find the main reason that why your computer is not working and will provide assistance and fix your issue in a proper way.
