would not dispense coffee into cup, just drip shelf?

    I have a Guzzina Lavazza Blue espresso maker. It is about two years old and until recently has worked perfectly. Now however, it drips from the coffee output and the steamer has little power. I am constantly having to refill the tank even when Im not using it that much.
   
   Any ideas??
