31 day clock

my 31 day clock chimes the correct number of times for each hour but does not on 5 an 7 it chimes 12 times on these two times. can i fix this?

    31 day wooden clock fell off the wall swinging pendulum fell off cant fix it

    When the clock is at 7 and chimes 12 times, remove the hands - unscrew the nut in front of them. Take off the minute hand and pry off the hour hand. Put the hour hand back on pointing at 12. Replace the minute hand and have it point at 12 also. Replace the nut. Don't move the hour hand by hand. It is keyed in a certain way and you could break it.
