Can I make google Ads to open in a new window?

Whenever a visitor clicks a Google Ad on the site, the Ad opens in the same page, replacing my site. I tend to know if I can redirect them to a new page

    No, you are not allowed to open or redirect the Google ads or any other ads in a new tab or window.  Only visitors can choose to do that,  by using the  mouse button.
