Can I transfer my credits earned from other University / Institute to NUST?

If is it possible for me to transfer my credits earned to NUST University, can you please explain that.

    Postgraduate credits may be considered for transfer from other approved accredited institutes or Foreign reputed Institute of similar quality if they are relevant and appropriate to a master’s Programme in a discipline approved by NUST. The transfer of credits will only be considered after confirmation of admission and recommendation of College / School of NUST, where student is admitted.

    Is it possible, if some one start MS from an HEC recog uni and then he want to transfer his crdt hrs to NUST and want to complete his MS from NUST? will NUST  consider his previous GPA in his finel CGPA?
