Can i install an amp/subs to my stock stereo in my 07 GMC Sierra?

    Yes.  BestBuy's website shows boxes specific for ext cab and crew cab models.  If it's a regular cab, just buy a slim fit sub box to go behind the seat.  BestBuy has some of those too.  I just purchased a box from BestBuy and amplifier with 2 subs from Crutchfield.com.  A small stereo shop, BestBuy and Crutchfield all confirmed you can add amp/sub with the factory stereo.  It may require a $30 adapter on top of your amp/sub and wiring kit, but it should work.
