Can you help me naming a movie I saw in the 70's?

It was a movie in the 70's.  A group of hunters(A) are out in the woods.  They come upon another group of hunters(B).  They shoot at each other.  Group A kills one of the hunters in group B.  An argument ensues in group A as to whether thay should go back to the woods to confront the the hunters in group B.  They eventually decide to go back and they bring some friends along as back up.  They go back to the place where the shootout happened.  Group B now about 50 guys and dressed in military clothing is waiting there to ambush them and a second shootout begins.
