I have a question related to Craiglist postings. My IP has been blocked on craigslist and now I am not able to do the posting there. I really need to post ads there because my business wholly depends on craigslist posting. I would appreciate if someone could just let me know how to unblock my IP so as to continue postings again.

When we talk about online marketing, Craigslist is the leader in the field of online free classified advertising and is within top 50 in Alexa ranking. As a result of its enormous popularity, the site is number one target of the spammers. Craigslist is upgrading its system continuously to fight against the spammers. For this reason, in an attempt to control the amount of spam on the site, setup specific spam filters which use the IP of each ad to block anyone who attempts to spam. If an IP is detected as having posted too many ads, the spam filter will be activated and all future ads from that IP will be blocked. If someone has posted an ad but not able to ever find it on Craigslist, then most likely this is the cause of such a problem. One immediate solution as an individual could be to send the postings using a different IP address. The other could be that the user most likely has a black cookie in the web browser that is keeping user away from posting. Here are some tips:

Delete all cookies from your browser

Power down your DSL modem, wait for 5 min the power back up

    Use a fresh email address
