DeLonghi Pinguino PAC CT90 air conditioner leaks

my less than 1yr old DeLonghi Pinguino PAC CT90 air conditioner leaks water on the floor - and doesn't really cool very well in the 10'x15' enclosed room....help?
i don't have a contact for Delonghi Pinguino that works - no one responds back by email

    I have the exact same model and exact same problem, leaking on floor and not cooling a room properly.

    my fan on the air conditioner sounds like it is hitting something inside what could it be??
