Danby portable air conditioner small leak from bottom...tank not full..

Danby model DPAC 13009 ...brand new out of box ...small leak from bottom when in air conditioning mode....connected hose supplied with unit to continuously empty tank and this is working but still getting a leak from bottom of unit..

    The reason you are having water leakage in your Danby portable air conditioner is that, your copper lines are not properly insulated.

    and the drain pane is blocked by dust, so its better to Clean it. Make sure that your cooling coil and air filter is not blocked. if it is then clean it. Airlock in your drain line can also be one significant cause of water leakage.
