I have just purcashed and had installed a delonghi miro flat panel gas central heating radiator, it has 4 louvre panels however only the two outside panels are getting warm/hot when the central heating is turned on. The two inner panels are remaining cold all the time, can you please advise how to resolve this problem or if the radiator is faulty?

The instructions with the radiator are useless.  There's a "valve"/restrictor in the radiator about 4 to 5" along inside the bottom rail.  Put a screwdriver in and you'll feel it.  It has a hollow ring when you tap it.  Put the screwdriver onto the middle and give it a sharp tap with a hammer.  This opens the plate/"valve" and allows water to circulate along the bottom channel and then through all the panels.

Brilliant! I have just hit the 'valve' and the radiator works properly now.

What kind of manufacturer puts a valve in a radiator tos top it working properly? Anybody at De Longhi able to answer that?
