How can I choose the types of emails I receive from AdSense?

I am tired of getting irrelevant infos from adsense on my email id. I need to know how to filter that

    follow the following steps to choose the type of AdSense emails  you recieve:
    • Sign in to your account.
    • Visit “My Account” tab.
    • Under the Language and Contact Preferences section, click Edit.
    • Under Email Preference, check the boxes associated with the types of messages that you'd like to receive.
    • Click Save Changes
