How should a mobile battery be used to get maximum of it? i need battery precautions

i need to know how to use it from unboxing a new battery to daily use

    go into settings- reduce the light brightness
    this will save your eyes & also reduce battery power-
    along with turning the light off when the phone is not
    being used, most phones have a two minute rule-
    meaning dont touch your phone for two minutes
    && it shall turn off the light- till you resume.
