According to the New Zealand government's website, registering a new company is as simple as reserving your company name, completing the incorporation details, and returning your signed consent forms.

    - Open an internet browsing application and surf to the New Zealand Companies Office government website and check if no one else has already taken the company name you are opting for.

-Check if anyone has already taken out a trademark name too similar to your intended name. You can do that by going to the website of the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand and looking under the "Protection" header and the "Trade Marks" sub header in the middle of the page to perform a search.

    - Reserve your company name for a minimal sum and Under "Reserve Company Name", the Reservation form will ask about your Company name you have chosen along with some personal identifying information.

    - Register your company for 150$NZ.

    - Go to the home page New Zealand Companies Office website provide the name of at least one company director, one shareholder, and the physical address of the company.

    - Sign and return the consent forms for your new corporation. After you register your company the government will email you consent forms for every director and shareholder to sign.

    - You may then upload them by returning to the main page of the New Zealand Companies Office.
