How to upload the generated sitemap?

I have created the sitemap for my website, now I need the procedure to upload my generated sitemap in to the Google webmaster tool, please help!

After notifying Google about your website, think that it does not end there. If you don't have a Google account, go make one right now. Make sure you can verify that you're the justifiable owner of the site before you submit the sitemap. Every time you update your website, submit the new sitemap so that Google will read the fresh web pages and contents.
