    <p>yes you can see your balance by calling the helpline of the card issuing bank they will ask you your Name your ID the card number from you and will tell you the balance. And the other option could be that you need to grab your card and get to nearest two link ATM machine and can check your balance from there as well. And never give away your pin to any one.</p>
