If the animals from South America had a "rumble" with the animals from Africa... which group of animals would win, and why?

The animals from South America are a bunch of rainforest loving tree-hugging hippies. So fragile and passive are they that they allow many of their species go extinct every year, due to the destruction of their undefended habitat. Obviously, the African animals with such colossal leaders as the lion, known affectionately as "The King of all Beasts" would wipe the floor with such threats as the two-toed sloth and those poisonous blue frogs...

    i don't know. its all a manner of strategy. if the animals of the rain forest used their tactical advantage, which would be stealth, (what with all that poison and creeping around in the dark).. they could get the African giants in their sleep!

    and the two toed sloth? way creepy.. lions would run..
