Health and fitness - A very famous saying suggests eating a break fast like a king would be beneficial for your health . Modern science rightly stresses upon on the importance of a healthy breakfast. it has been tried and tested several times that people who eat major portion of their calories during the break fast lose more weight than people who eat those calories later in the day. So if you continualy ignore the importance of break fast in your daily diet you will not only slow down your metabolism but also face difficulties in losing weight.A healthy breakfast is one of the main factors that constitutes to a good day. Carefull choice should be made while preparing your breakfast. Avoide white flour, caffeine, fried foods and artificialy flavoured beverages for your breakfast. Try eating whole grain bread with eggs and yougurt. Donot forget to eat two types of fruits during the day. Instead of sodas and canned juice try to drink as much of water as possible. If you hate to drink plain water try adding frozen blue berries or strawberries to water.Their taste seeps into the water and doesnot even make it overly sweet.Im sure if you follow these with regular exercise you would be able to get in shape for summers.
