    PIA will refund the fare paid for your Ticket, or any unused part of it, together with applicable taxes, fees, charges and exceptional circumstances surcharges in accordance with our fare rules and Tariffs and the following additional rules: Unless they say otherwise, PIA will make a refund only to the person who has paid for the Ticket, provided we are given proof of identification and payment.
