Is Shaheen air international ticket transferable in case of emergency?

I have bought a Shaheen air international ticket from Dubai to Karachi but at sudden my company has changed the schedule. Now my brother will be going on the same date and I want to know that Can he go on that ticket?

    Shaheen Air international ticket is not transferable. If a ticket is presented by someone other than the person entitled to be carried there under or to a refund in connection therewith, Carrier shall not be liable to the person so entitled if in good faith it provides carriage or makes a refund to the person presenting the ticket.
