    Try http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;315350 this link. i think it is solving your problem.

    Well it means that you are using DVD but you have CD ROM. So, it is impossible for cd rom to read the dvd cd. If you want to read the DVD then you should purchase DVD Drive from market.
