My Western Union payment from Google has been held. What do I do?

I wasn’t able to receive my western union payment on time by Google and it got help. I need to know how to release it

    To release the hold, sign in to your account and visit your Payment History page. There, you'll see a Required Action box - click the Please contact AdSense Support link within and explain your situation. Google will then remove the payment hold from your account. Also keep in mind that the payment hold must be removed from your account before the 15th of any month in order for your earnings to be paid out in that month's payment cycle.
