I HAVE TRYED EVERYTHINK. I CALLED TWICEED ON THE FOR TWO HOURS TO NO REPOND. THE THEY WANT MY CREDIT CAD TO COUNTINUE. WHY TO I NEED TO PAY TO GET CONNEC IF THAT IS THE CASE PLEASE CANCEL AND REFUND MY $39.95
