Need your help, make f lip video workable with iMovie, this is for a school presentation

I shot a football match yesterday with my Flip Mino and wanna to import to iMovie for a presentation, but when you import the video to iMovie, nothing happens, I am using......the latest version of iMovie, perhpas, oh, yes, iMovie 09, could anybody help me out, i really want to work it out, cz it should be OK for tomorrow's presentation, pressing, tks for any help.

While, buddy, you generally can't import your Flip video to iMovie, it is just a miracle to do this without changing your Flip videos to proper file format that iMovie can read like MOV, DV, HDV, MPEG-2, MPEG-4 etc, but you are a really lucky guy, as far as i know, there is one application that can do the trick for you, just allow yourself a few minutes to get to know how to import Flip video to iMovie via this link http://www.iorgsoft.com/Flip-Video-Converter-for-Mac, hope can help you :)
