Question:

Panasonic NN-T990SA 1300 Watts Microwave Oven ... not working.

simply put, all is normal except carousel not turning and unit not cooking.  Light goes on and off when supposed to and counter working.  Looking to get my bearings before I consider repair or replacement.  THANKS!

    when i open the door the microwave turns on.

    In both cases, I would suspect a bad door switch or door switch mount.
